Deep was part of my team (India, China & Belgium) about a year ago. He was program managing some very crucial programs for us. It was a pleasure to get to know him during that time. I can certainly commend Deep very highly. He was very professional and transparent with the initiatives he was managing – gave us early warning in case the program was about to go off the rails. He would then look for solutions to bring the program back on-track proactively. Deep, I am sure will be huge asset to any team he is part of.

I worked with Deep on a personal project for a period of 3 months and he helped us organise ourselves around our sprints, agile ways of working, sprint ceremonies and more. Deep was always available to us, even if time zones were against us, by dialing into meetings very late in the evenings and even into the early hours which was much appreciated.
